The hotel rooms were big and the amount for the rooms per night were not expensive. There were a lot of parking space and also the hotel seems new. But the hotel seems empty without much guest so it gives a zen feeling.

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and response is fast. Room is spacious and wifi is fast connected. Breakfast was good and value for money. Overall it is worth the stay. I will recommend this hotel as I had a pleasant stay. Will sure to be back again.

Property was in the center of the malls ,although there isn’t any shops is the vicinity,we took grab to move around ,it was like 10 mins to Nagoya mall ,10 mins to Batam center mall etc,

Love the widespread breakfast. Gym was awesome. Swimming pool was okay. Staff was friendly but could be better in communication.

Very nice hotel. Big room clean toilet clean lobby. The front desk girl was very nice attitude polite and fast the one with glasses.
